About the Summit

Welcome to OASC’s hybrid Summit, a working meeting focused on the network’s internal matters.

During this Summit, you will:

  • vote on the updated version of the MIMs (Minimal Interoperability Mechanisms)
  • elect a new coordinator for the Council of Cities
  • get an update about the network’s progress and priorities

This summit is intended for our network members.
Your participation ensures that key decisions are made collectively and transparently.

OASC Council of Cities Coordinator Elections 2025

Council of Cities Coordinator Elections!

The OASC Council of Cities (CoC) is the group of all the city & community members within the OASC organisation. It is presided over by a coordinator, currently the City of Rotterdam, and a deputy coordinator, currently the City of Tampere. They are elected from amongst their members and serve for a two-year term.
The coordinator and deputy coordinators are responsible for creating a platform for open, transparent and topical debate on interoperability in all its aspects for the members. They are also responsible for open communication lines with the OASC secretariat via regular meetings, e-mail and in person communication. They are in charge of assessing the members’ needs, suggest and initiate concrete activities together with the OASC secretariat.
